American Propaganda
American propaganda served every purpose from anti-Axis-- supporting the different members of the Allies-- to support rationing. Propaganda pieces including books, movies, magazines, and even cartoons were used to influence public opinion. Notable pieces include the legendary Donald Duck cartoon Der Fuehrer's Face used to mock Nazism, Charlie Chaplin's The Great Dictator which made fun of Hitler, and Private Snafu used for military training purposes.
